Any team may postpone a scheduled game in the Sask Alta Hockey League prior to 48 hours before game time, with approval of the Board of Directors, and both teams involved agree. This game will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Any teams that cancels a scheduled game, within 48 (Forty Eight) hours before game time, in theSask Alta Hockey League, may be fined $1000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) and/or forfeit two points. Acts of God, or Board of Directors approved cancellations exempt. $1000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) will be forwarded to the effected team, and the Sask Alta Hockey League will keep Mileage Money for Referees if applicable and referee fees if referee’s are not notified on time.
The home team will be responsible for notifying On Ice Officials of a cancelled or rescheduled game, and for notifying the President or Secretary/Treasurer and Referee Assigner of the rescheduled game date.
