The Sask Alta Hockey League will supply all active teams with game report sheets for games played under its jurisdiction.
Prior to each game played, game report sheets must be completed by both teams, with registered players, and bench personnel (coaches, managers, etc) and signed by authorized person. Game time start and finish must be recorded. On Ice Officials must sign completed game report.
The home team is responsible for ensuring the visiting team receives a copy of the game report after the completion of the game.
The home team is responsible for ensuring the team Director receives the original copy to forward it to the President or Statistician, unless the Referee has called a Match, and takes the Original Game Sheet, for a write up. They will then Notify President of this fact.
