To promote and encourage a high caliber of Senior Hockey in the area by providing a strong governing body and organization which will constantly endeavor to set and maintain a high standard of honor, integrity, and sportsmanship in the hockey played under its jurisdiction.

Harassment of game Officials, League Board of Directors, or their families will not be tolerated.
